1. Site Consultation

2. Conceptual Design & Estimate

3. Construction Drawings

Architectural drawings are then created for the relevant authorities and construction purposes. At this point in the process, accurate budget headings have already been established for the different components of the project.

4. Review & Construction Contract

A final review of the specifications takes place to allow our clients to refine the costs of each element of the project before proceeding to the construction phase.

5. Pre-Construction & Delivery

Before the construction phase can start, we’ll need to notify several parties to satisfy statutory obligations. We’ll coordinate everything and update you continuously via our phone application.

6. Sign-Off & Warranty

Upon completion of the project, you will retain 2.5% of the contract value for a 6 month period to ensure total satisfaction.

  • Obtain Relevant Documentation from Authorities
  • 2.5% Retention for 6 Month Snagging Period
  • Full Payment on Snagging Period Completion
  • Material Guarantees Manufacturer Specific
